Cajun Blast creamy coleslaw
ingredients
one head of green cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, finely shredded
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp cajun blast (big pete’s Seasonings)
1 tsp ground black pepper
optional: sliced green onion for garnish and 2 tbsp of grated Spanish onion for added
instructions
combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, celery salt, Cajun blast, and pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
