Meatballs cooking in a pan

big pete’s meatballs

ingredients

  • one pound of turkey or beef

  • two tablespoons of olive oil

  • two tablespoons of butter

  • season to taste with big pete’s steak night seasoning

Uncooked meatballs in a pan

instructions

  1. Roll meat into balls about half the size of golf balls.

  2. heat up the olive oil on medium-high heat. cook the meatballs for about 3 - 5 minutes on two sides. add the butter and baste the meatballs for 2 - 3 minutes.

  3. season the meatballs with steak night. add 2 tablespoons of water and cover, steaming for 5 - 10 minutes.

  4. finish off with some steak night to taste.
