big pete’s meatballs
ingredients
one pound of turkey or beef
two tablespoons of olive oil
two tablespoons of butter
season to taste with big pete’s steak night seasoning
instructions
Roll meat into balls about half the size of golf balls.
heat up the olive oil on medium-high heat. cook the meatballs for about 3 - 5 minutes on two sides. add the butter and baste the meatballs for 2 - 3 minutes.
season the meatballs with steak night. add 2 tablespoons of water and cover, steaming for 5 - 10 minutes.
finish off with some steak night to taste.
