ingredients
two to six pounds of chicken thighs
Six ounces of pineapple juice
One tablespoon of Big Pete’s Everything But The Meat Seasoning
Two tablespoons of hot pepper paste
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
Big Pete’s Sizzle Seasoning, to taste
instructions
Combine the first five ingredients in a plastic bag, seal it, and marinate for anywhere between one to six hours.
Preheat the grill to 400 - 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil the grates before placing the chicken on the grill.
Grill the chicken, turning occasionally and season to taste with Sizzle.
