big pete’s pineapple pepper marinade

ingredients

  • two to six pounds of chicken thighs

  • Six ounces of pineapple juice

  • One tablespoon of Big Pete’s Everything But The Meat Seasoning

  • Two tablespoons of hot pepper paste

  • Two tablespoons of soy sauce

  • Big Pete’s Sizzle Seasoning, to taste

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a plastic bag, seal it, and marinate for anywhere between one to six hours.

  2. Preheat the grill to 400 - 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil the grates before placing the chicken on the grill.

  3. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally and season to taste with Sizzle.
