big pete’s Pineapple Soy Pork Sliders

ingredients

  • two to four pounds of pork tenderloin\

  • one tablespoon of big Pete’s sizzle seasoning

  • one tablespoon of big Pete’s cajun blast seasoning

  • one fourth cup of soy sauce

  • six ounces of pineapple juice

  • one fourth cup of brown sugar

instructions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a plastic bag. Add the tenderloin, seal the bag, and then marinate in the fridge for anywhere between one to six hours.

  2. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade, preserving the liquids.

  3. Pour the marinade into a saucepan, add the brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Reduce the mixture to create a glaze for brushing over the tenderloin.

  4. Preheat the grill to 400 - 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil the grates before placing the tenderloin on the grill.

  5. Grill the tenderloin, turning occasionally and brushing with the glaze until fully cooked.
