big pete’s roasted pecans
ingredients
one cup of brown sugar
one cup of bourbon
one cup of cherry juice
two tablespoons of big pete’s steak night seasoning
two tablespoons of big pete’s cajun blast seasoning
one tablespoon of worchestershire sauce
one tablespoon soy sauce
one tablespoon of salt
instructions
preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
place all of your ingredients in a pan, but half all of your liquids.
pour your reduction over the pecans, gently folding for 2 - 3 minutes.
place the pecans on top of an oiled sheet pan and sprinkle big pete’s sizzle seasoning over the top.
bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
