big pete’s roasted pecans

ingredients

  • one cup of brown sugar

  • one cup of bourbon

  • one cup of cherry juice

  • two tablespoons of big pete’s steak night seasoning

  • two tablespoons of big pete’s cajun blast seasoning

  • one tablespoon of worchestershire sauce

  • one tablespoon soy sauce

  • one tablespoon of salt

instructions

  1. preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

  2. place all of your ingredients in a pan, but half all of your liquids.

  3. pour your reduction over the pecans, gently folding for 2 - 3 minutes.

  4. place the pecans on top of an oiled sheet pan and sprinkle big pete’s sizzle seasoning over the top.

  5. bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
