big pete’s stir fry

ingredients

  • two pounds of filet tips

  • one red bell pepper

  • one yellow bell pepper

  • one onion

  • four garlic cloves, minced

  • two tablespoons of corn starch

  • two tablespoons of big pete’s sizzle seasoning

  • two tablespoons of bragg’s liquid aminos

  • two tablespoons of sriracha

instructions

  1. Get a couple of tablespoons of olive oil hot in a wok. While that’s heating, coat up your filet tips with corn starch.

  2. Once the oil is hot, place your meat in and cook for 5 - 10 minutes on high. Remove when finished.

    1. Note: the meat might look a little gummy: that’s the corn starch reacting with the fat, and it will help bind your sauces later.

  3. Cut up any vegetables you want and cook them in an oiled pan on medium-high for 5 minutes.

  4. Toss your meat and sauces back into the wok with the vegetables. Cook on high for 3 - 5 minutes with constant stirring.
